IEEE SYMPOSIUM ON NEW FRONTIERS IN DYNAMIC SPECTRUM ACCESS NETWORKS
(DySPAN 2012) 16-19 October 2012, Bellevue, WA, USA
http://www.ieee-dyspan.org/2012/

CALL FOR POSTERS

DySPAN 2012 will be organizing a poster session aimed at showcasing
work in progress. The poster papers are an independent part of the
conference, and are not selected from the main submission of the full
length papers. This is an opportunity to present and discuss current
work in an informal setting during the DySPAN 2012 conference. Topics
of interest are the same as in the main call for papers of DySPAN
2012. Although anyone can submit a poster, preference will be given to
posters where the primary contribution is from one or more students.
Posters will be reviewed by DySPAN poster chairs of the DySPAN 2012.
At the conference, student posters must be presented by a student. The
poster papers should describe original and unpublished work and should
not be under review for any other conference or journal. This is a
great chance especially for students to obtain interesting and
valuable feedback on ongoing research from a knowledgeable crowd at
the conference.

We define a poster to be A0 paper size to which you can affix visually
appealing material that describes your research. You can arrange the
space and orient the poster either horizontally or vertically. You
should prepare the best material (visually appealing and succinct)
that effectively communicates your research problem, techniques,
results, and what is novel and important about your work.

Submission Instructions

Please submit the poster abstract that explains the main contribution
of your work to https://moo.cmcl.cs.cmu.edu/dyspan12posters. The
poster abstracts: (i) must not exceed a single page, (ii) must be
written with 11 point font, (iii) must contain up to one figure, (iv)
can refer up to 3 references, (v) must not use section names, (vi)
must not contain detailed derivations, and (vii) must limit the use of
equations to a necessary minimum. Detailed information about the
poster template is available at
http://www.ieee-dyspan.org/cfpposters.html

Important Dates

Paper Submissions Due: 1 August 2012
Acceptance Notification: 24 August 2012

Important Notes

Complete posters (i.e., the poster content) will not be included in
IEEE DySPAN 2012 proceedings and will not be available on IEEE
eXplore. Instead, poster abstracts (as defined in the template) will
be published in the proceedings, on IEEE eXplore and on the IEEE
DySPAN website.
