Dear colleagues:

The first IEEE Workshop on Networking Tech. for Software Defined Radios
will be held on Sept. 25, 2006, Reston VA, in conjunction with IEEE SECON 2006.

The keynote speaker will be Prof. Jeff Reed from Virginia Tech.
