Looking at your project here is what should happen:

mpe9d starts on the 8th with OS assigned full time.
On the 16th mpe9e starts with just AM assigned. Since it has a lower priority it does \
not draw OS away from mpe9d. On the 17th mpe9d is finished and OS joins AM on mpe9e.

If you get a different result, then your resources are probably taken away by higher \
priority tasks.

To make a task always get the resources you can use priority 1000. But it only works \
if there is no competing prio 1000 tasks.
