Non thread safe documentation example
-------------------------------------

         Key: TAPESTRY-304
         URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TAPESTRY-304
     Project: Tapestry
        Type: Bug
  Components: Documentation
    Versions: unspecified
    Reporter: Ben Tomasini
    Priority: Minor

SimpleDateFormat is not thread safe. I know this is a problem with .parse(), and \
assume .format() is the same.

The documentation example here:

http://jakarta.apache.org/tapestry/doc/ComponentReference/Insert.html

shows a static instance of SimpleDateFormat.

Under load, this could produce incorrect results.
