Not that simple.
AFAIK only two people have ever had privs revoked from any ASF project, not
just jakarta.
This is why you must take election of new commiters seriously.
There's been some discussion about promoting people to "alumii" status on
projects, but to my knowledge nothing has ever come of it.

The place to discuss this is general@ or raise it with the PMC.
