Paul obviously has a strong grasp of Tapestry and has found and
utilized the extension points (and found their limitations). However,
technical savvy is only one pre-requisite for becoming a committer for
any Apache project; there is still the need to demonstrate the ability
to work within the community. Paul has been doing this for a bit
back, but the guidelines talk about months of interaction, not weeks.
Still, I don't doubt he'll make great contributions, and I'm sure that
if this vote took place in a couple of months, I'd be +1.
