Great, merged!

However, please make sure you test it in real-world conditions
once the WhisperBack SMTP relay is back up.

a branch for the second time, please:

  * don't rewrite this branch history, as it makes it harder to only
    review what's new
  * give pointers to how to compare the new thing with what was
    already reviewed, rather than (or in addition to) the full blown
    devel..$current history
