Sun typically calls that the "JDBC 2.0 Optional Package"; it's more a
product name than a descriptive name.

These aren't included in the final distribution; the spec serves as an
appropriate, final functional description for all areas of JSTL. The
reference to these documents must have slipped through; I've removed them
in the current CVS archive.
