Hi Guys,

I don't think Synapse should be shipping Sandesha and Rampart within its
distros. To me its cleaner to say that if you want the RM and Sec stuff
in Synapse to work then you need to download the Sandesha and Rampart
mars and put them into the right place.

This will allow the Synapse distros to be independent of Sandesha etc.
and also make things cleaner and clearer in IMO.
