Sylpheed 2.1.5-win32-beta3 has been released.

Changes:

    * The remote command was implemented using TCP socket.
    * The drag and drop of files from Explorer was supported.
    * The default print command for text file is used for printing when
      the command is unspecified.
    * The problem that the input dialog persisted on rare occations was
      fixed.
    * Paths with non-ascii characters can be specified for --configdir
      option now.
    * Proper MIME types are set when attaching files.
    * The initially incorrect size of the account selection menu of the
      composition window was fixed.
    * The scroll jumping problem on click of the text view in the MIME
      view was fixed.
