[Download RAW message or body]

Download new mail and you'll have unread mail in your inbox.

Select one of them and the "unread" count opposite the folder name in the
folder tree will be decremented and the folder name go from bold to normal
if it was the last unread message. So far so good.

Now, if you grab the as yet unread mail first thing after going into the
folder and then drag it into an IMAP folder, the "unread" count is
initially decremented as soon as the message is grabbed, but once it has
been dropped in the IMAP folder the "unread" count is incremented again and
the folder name in the folder tree pane is redisplayed in bold even if
there are no unread messages in it. This also occurs if you go into the
folder, right-click on an unread message, select "Move..." in the context
menu and move the message into an IMAP folder that way. It does not,
however, happen if the message is dropped into a local MH folder.
