I don't know if this is a bug or not.  In the Message View, while viewing
a multiscreen message, I can scroll the text using the space bar, but if
I hit the arrow keys, the window snaps back to the original cursor
position plus the arrow key press.

So is this a bug or feature?  If a bug, please fix quickly before I come
dependent on it.  :-)
