I'm not sure what you mean by this. You mean automatically switched to
any account as default account? If so, you can choose Configuration -->
Change Current Account --> <the_account_you_want> and the default
becomes the one you chose.

No need. If you go to Message --> Receive --> <your_desired_account>,
then it will ONLY download from the account you selected from there. If
you desire, you can get only from current default account or for all the
accounts.

I'm not sure I'm getting what you want to do here. But did above answer

That, I have no idea. I never use queue anyway since all of my mails
sent directly from my MUA to my SMTP server so I'm not familiar with it.
