That is a gtk issue. Things that have been known to fix that include:

* Since you're on KDE: Turn off "KDE Control Center -> Appearance &
  Themes -> Colors -> [ ] Apply colors to non-KDE applications"

* again, KDE-specific: Create an empty file with the name
  `.no-qtrc-to-gtkrc-mapping' in your home directory. After that, a
  restart of KDE is necessary.

* Change of gtk theme
