I have not tested Dspam yet. First I used SpamAssassin, which was tricky
to set up and also was extremely slow on my P200MMX. 

Now I use POPFile that is much faster and much better. It's accuracy is
at present 99.71 %. I am very pleased with it and can recommend it.
