You can script this with nmh (http://www.ics.uci.edu/~mh/book/).  The
"folders" command gives a list of, er, folders.  You'd iterate over that
list with "packf".  Quoting is a mite tricky if your folder names contain
whitespace.  

Sylpheed won't mind; you can keep reading your mail while the script runs.
