Hi!

Sylpheed suppresses modification of accounts and creation of new
one when there is compose window open 
(menu Configuration/Edit accounts... and 
Configuraion/Create new account...).

But it is still possible to change current account
(menu Configuration/Preferences for current account...).

Was it made by purpose or it's a bug?

BTW, would it be better to disable those menu items to prevent
from unwanted modifications instead of showing notice saying 
that you can not do such modification?
