Hi,

I have Slackware and I have put:
export LANG="sv_SE"
export LC_ALL="sv_SE"

in the /etc/profile
but you can also put it in your:
/home/username/.profile

After this it worked perfectly and as a bonus suddenly many programs
turned up in Swedish translation. Sometimes after I have compiled
programs LC_ALL is turned to C again though.
