If the mail is PGP/MIME encrypted then sylpheed will attempt to decrypt it
automatically, prompting you for your GnuPG passphrase if it isn't already
cached in sylpheed.

If, OTOH, it is encrypted using ASCII-armour, then you'll have to use an
action to decrypt it. See Melvin Hadasht's page on the subject:
