oddly enough, English and French are the languages that i installed,
too!  :)

thanks for the offer; i have already compiled them and installed them,
but i wouldn't be (necessarily) afraid to try them out...  did you copy
the scripts (ispell/spell for compatibility) in when you made the RPM?
