I don't use KDE, but I guess you're talking about Klipper?  Right-click
the little picture of a clipboard down in the 'system tray' (I dunno
what the KDE people call it) and search about for something like
'disable actions'.  Alternatively you can just right-click on a URL
within the sylpheed message preview pane (afaik right-click performs the
same action as double click, but of course the URL won't be selected and
intercepted by klipper).
