I suggest that notification requests for e-mails should not be used.
It is of nobody's concern at which time I read my e-mails or whether I
read them at all. 
People might get the opinion of being spyed on, when
they notice that the sender of an e-mail wants to know when they read
his mail. Therefore notification requests generally should be turned off
to avoid annoying people.
