Hey all,

What's the best way to do a png to jpg to swf conversion and save the 
alpha transparency layer? Right now we're doing a straight png2swf and 
would like to get the file size down as much as possible (jpg 
conversion, MX compression, etc).

The list archives had broken links to promising tools, but otherwise I 
was not able to figure it out or hack it together myself. My C skills 
are very weak :)
