I strongly suspect that one of the expressions in the first file was
matching what you were expecting to see in the second file. I have a
swatchrc file of 287 lines, and do not see any problems with later
expresions (save once, which turned out to be an insufficiently precise
expression earlier in the file matching what I was hoping to see later on.
(as I suspect you may have)

I strongly suggest you go through your rules with a fine-toothed comb as
it's easy to make this kind of mistake.
