New Scilab 5.0 has new interface and localization support and many new
features, but it has many new deps, since it is built upon java, see
attachment for details.

Hello,

It would be very great! However, Scilab 5.0 has some deps that I don't
think that Opensuse has [1]. I don't know it whould be possible to have
them in a short notice :/
