klavaro --> fixed

libghemical --> fixed (renamed to libghemical3, and libghemical3-devel
because of RPMLINT) please fix packages that depends from that one.
(obsoletes and provides tags added)

littlewizard --> fixed

sword --> fixed (library name changed from libsword1_5_11 to
libsword-1_5_11 because of rpmlint)

xdrawchem --> fixed

gnome-chemistry-utils --> i have a problem, it fails because o 4 files
listed twice:

File listed twice: /etc/gconf/schemas/gchempaint-arrows.schemas
File listed twice: /etc/gconf/schemas/gchempaint.schemas
File listed twice: /etc/gconf/schemas/gchemutils.schemas
File listed twice: /etc/gconf/schemas/gcrystal.schemas

i added fdupes but build service continue to built like no changes made
in spec file
