You can get to the same dialog by right-clicking the 
taskbar and then clicking the "Taskbar" icon in the 
left-hand column of the "Configure" dialog that comes
up. Maybe slightly faster, and (for me) easier to 
remember. (It's also easier to do than to describe :P )
