Here's the answer:

/opt/kde3/bin/dcop

Here's how to find the answer:

% locate '*/dcop'
/opt/kde3/bin/dcop
/opt/kde3/include/kdevelop/interfaces/extensions/dcop
/opt/kde3/share/doc/HTML/en/kdelibs-apidocs/dcop
/opt/kde3/share/sip/dcop

% file $( locate '*/dcop' )
/opt/kde3/bin/dcop: ELF 32-bit ...
/opt/kde3/include/kdevelop/interfaces/extensions/dcop: directory
/opt/kde3/share/doc/HTML/en/kdelibs-apidocs/dcop: directory
/opt/kde3/share/sip/dcop: directory

Voila.

It would not be a bad idea to put /opt/kde3/bin in your PATH environment
variable.
