Yes, that's first thing that came to mind... and I just might end up with this 
sort of solution... I guess I'll have to wait and see (june is the timeframe 
for the big upgrade)

that's a pitty. support for such integrated hardware solution would be great. 
I've been playing with mythTV the other day and it's quite nice. I was 
talking to some of the gatos people a few years back and they said there are 
a bunch of NDAs which they have agreed to in order to get the info. Also, at 
the time they were about 1 year behind with the supported/tested HDD. I don't 
think it changed too much.

Yes, I've seen that article.. but I'm more for a shuttle xpc than yet another 
large box.. and that's going to have an extra pcix/agp and a pci at best.
