How do I compile and install a srpm? I'm told on the web to use the --rebuild 
option like this:
# rpm --rebuild apt-0.5.5cnc6-1.src.rpm
--rebuild: unknown option
But the option is unknown.  Couldn't find it on the man page.
This didn't work either:
# rpm -ivh apt-0.5.5cnc6-1.src.rpm
   1:apt                    ########################################### [100%]
Find did not find the rpm this is supposed to produce.
I'm trying to install apt from srpm.
