Hi,
Been working on this all weekend but have still not found an answer. I cannot
get konsole to work at all. Whenever I start it I get the window come up and
then it just sits there. The cursor stays in the very top right corner and
doesn't move.
Also, if I try to add a terminal pane to konq I get a message saying that
"Font '13' not found". This lead my to think that this was a font problem. I
have reinstalled the distributions X (X 4.1 - SuSE7.3), turned AA on and off
and set a wide variety of fonts for both the system defaults and konsole.
So now I'm thinking that it might not be a font issue? But I have no idea
where to turn.
I have noticed that there are a few references to this type of thing with
previous versions of KDE, but nothing with KDE3 so far.
Oh and I'm using KDE3 from Adrian's rpm's. I can't really build from source
due to time constraints. One other thing, konsole from KDE2 still works in
KDE3, maybe pointing to a configuration issue? Or maybe a qt issue?
Any ideas appreciated!
Cheers,
Tom
