Thanks for the tip, it worked also for me on a DELL 9500 with SUSE 9.1
The problem I have is the one key, the Pause - Play key is not recognized.
Also xev is just silent if i press this key, where it is delivering the
correct keycodes for the other keys.

Does someone has a solution on this issue?
