Subject:    [opensuse-kde] 'osc commit' now requires osc-source_validator?

'osc commit' now outputs the message

WARNING: validator directory /usr/lib/osc/source_validators configured, but not \
existing (please install osc-source_validator). Skipping ...

and then hangs indefinitely. There doesn't seem to be a Debian package for \
osc-source_validator, and the source tarball doesn't have any install script in it. \
So what to do (on a Debian system)?
