 If the application requires at least KDE4.2, then it simply can't work on 
clean 11.1, because there is no KDE4.2. The user will first have to upgrade 
their KDE from one of the repos, and in that case you can use those repos as 
build repositories for your repository. See how e.g. KDE:KDE4:Community 
builds for older openSUSE releases.
