Just a quick revise of the email I just sent. You do not need to hold down the 
spacebar the whole time. 

Just navigate to the Reboot button. Then hold down the spacebar to reveal the 
list. Then you can let go of the spacebar and simply use the arrows keys to 
highlight the choice you want. Then use Enter to select it.
