I tried this, and this what i get!!!
Active Internet connections (only servers)
Local Address          Foreign Address         
0 0.0.0.0:3306            0.0.0.0:*               
0 0.0.0.0:110             0.0.0.0:*               
0 0.0.0.0:80              0.0.0.0:*               
0 0.0.0.0:22              0.0.0.0:*               
0 0.0.0.0:25              0.0.0.0:*               
and I hope the Configuration for Local address is ok
and what about the Foreign address means?? Do i have
to change any configuration?

I Found solution to this problem... and this is due to
the Firewall and i tried on other systems that are
without Firewalls but i still face this problem..So i
think the problem is due to the Sendmail
configuration...
If you come Accross a solution you can send me...and i
will try to edit the sendmail.mc file...
