It appears that DB_TXN may be undefined.  It is probably some sort of
database that you do not have installed.  That should have gotten picked up
by the ./configure command.  I would try and contact the author via the
email address in sourceforge.

There are two other psk programs for SuSE 9.3 that install via YaST unless
you are set on this one.  To install them, first go to YaST "Change
Installation Source" and add a path to the ham radio project directory.  I
use ftp.esat.net with directory
/mirrors/ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/ham/9.3-i386/.  When you then run
"Install Software", a whole bunch of ham radio software packages will now
appear under the package group Productivity->Hamradio.

It is the latest version of KPSK. I'm new to Linux so I haven't  tried
another compiler then the one using now, GCC 3.3.5 20050117 I'm using
SuSE9.3
