I found this now. Unfortunally it is _not_ compatible to ax25-config,
mirko adopted the general idea of having a central configuration file
but the file-format is different. I don't know if this one does
work, but have a look. I'll attach it ssince it is very tiny (5k).

It is called ax25conf but is completely different from ax25-config.
Mirko and I were developing the same thing at this time before
we merged our projects.
