Please don't do that! use the package "compat instead:
picard:~ # locate libstdc++-libc6.1-1.so.2
/usr/lib/libstdc++-libc6.1-1.so.2
picard:~ # rpm -qf /usr/lib/libstdc++-libc6.1-1.so.2
compat-2001.9.23-1

This is described in the SDB-article. Your links are wrong and may be
removed by ldconfig!
