What is this EXTRA_PROV actually providing?  I have a suse-8.1 system as 
server.  Is it possible to use the EXTRA_PROV that comes with suse-8.1 for 
all the suse versions (8.1, 8.2, 9.0 and 9.1)?  Or should the EXTRA_PROV for 
each version be copied to the server and create_package_descr should refer to 
the version, like:
create_package_descr -x setup/descr/EXTRA_PROV-<version>
