rstatd is only working locally on a machine here. kill -HUP <inetd-pid>
produces the following in /var/adm/messages:

Nov 27 13:16:07 ns1 inetd[135]: config: rstatd/rpc/udp still active and
was not reconfigured.
Nov 27 13:16:07 ns1 inetd[135]: rstatd/rpc/ticlts version 2: rpcb_set:
not started
Nov 27 13:16:07 ns1 inetd[135]: rstatd/rpc/ticlts version 3: rpcb_set:
not started
Nov 27 13:16:07 ns1 inetd[135]: rstatd/rpc/ticlts version 4: rpcb_set:
not started

What do these errors mean?
/etc/rpc and /etc/inetd.conf look the same as on another machine where
it works. Any ideas?

TIA
