we get this only when sampling at 1 second. these are crazy large. the
milliseconds
work out to 48 years, and the %b should be a percentage. i've seen online
references
saying it's ok to be over 100% but the example was between 100-200, not this:

it doesn't seem like these numbers are even possible...
well, any insights into what is going on... i'm inclined to think this is a
bug in the output, however
we do have indications of applications seeing lateness. hopefully today we'll
find out if these numbers
actually corresponds to the times the apps notice pauses.
