I want to read subversion log comments by perl it reading English text
is fine but give guabage when I want to read Japanese by the following
perl code. 



use Jcode;

push(@body, Jcode::convert(@log, 'utf8'));



If some one can help me

I use subversion hooks post-commit with perl commit-email.pl
