svn version 1.4.6.on ubuntu to google code repository.

I accidently deleted a .svn dir inside one of my empty directories.
From svn working flawlessly it now has a problem ...

I have tried all sorts but seem to be stuck ... any ideas anyone how I
can straighten this out ?
