"svn diff --no-diff-added" shows a header and then an all-props-added diff for
an added file that has properties. This seems wrong.

By contrast, it does not show properties for an added directory, and "svn diff
--no-diff-deleted" does not show properties being deleted.

The consistent and correct behaviour would be to show just the header line with
"(added)" in it, and not show anything about the properties.

Found in: 1.8.0, 1.8.14, 1.9.0, 1.9.2. The "--no-diff-added" option was
implemented first in version 1.8.0 (from issue #3009 "New 'diff --no-diff-added'
option").
