It would be really useful from a development perspective to get access to the
svnlook tree command without having to enter a path to the file.  

This could be used for http/svn protocol to request a textual view of the tree
for building a desktop/web based representations without having to check out the
entire project.

An additional use of this would be to include the owner of the file and
additional meta-information.

Currently tools are limited to one folder views of a repository (e.g. websvn).
