Hello
I have svn files with unicode chars. When I try to view files, I get an
error message:
'https://srv01/svn/SQLServer/Main/BackOffice/Security/Procedures/%5BSecurity
%5D.%5BPrivileges::Groups::View(Delphi)%5D.sql' doesn't exist
But when I access revision via browser, there is no error, and I can
successfully download the file.

Windows 7, 64 Bit
