When 'svn add'-ing a file there are two ways that autoprops (or the new in 1.8
svn:auto-props) can make the add fail.

If the file has a svn:mime-type property specifying that the file is binary,
setting an svn:eol-style property fails. The mimetype can be set as another
autoprop, the magic file check or our 'is binary calculation'.

Another case where setting svn:eol-style fails is when the file has
inconsistent newlines.
