Note that in 1.8.0, ra_serf will no longer transmit PROPFINDs at all during
update-style REPORTs when communicating with a 1.8 server.  It will employ a new
feature of the update-report which asks the server to embed properties even for
added items into the REPORT response, leaving only the file content GETs to be
issued on auxiliary connections.
