Ubuntu 12.04 and other distros are moving into using upstart for managing all of
their daemons. It would be nice if svnserve would be upstart-friendly.

Currently I run svnserve from upstart like this:
/usr/bin/svnserve -d --foreground -r /svn_repo

It works for me, but I am not sure this is the right way to do that.

Allowing svnserve to run without any mandatory arguments should be enough.
